Soundscape Engineering is an engineering consulting firm specializing in acoustics, noise, and vibration control. The company was founded in 2010 in Indiana by Nathan Sevener and now operates from offices in Illinois, Michigan, and Virginia. Our firm’s Principal Consultants are involved with every project, ensuring that clients receive responsive service, attention to detail, and practical recommendations. They hold engineering licenses in multiple States and are Board Certified Members of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering. We provide comprehensive acoustical consulting services to support the design and renovation of buildings, assess environmental noise impacts, and measure sound and vibrations inside of buildings and in the outdoor environment. Our recent projects have included The Bradley Hotel in Fort Wayne, the expansion of IU Health’s Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana in Indianapolis, the Deaconess Aquatics Center in Evansville, Elkhart County’s new Courthouse in Goshen, music teaching spaces at Franklin High School, West Lafayette High School, and Carroll Jr-Sr High School, Fort Wayne Community Schools’s AMP Lab at Electric Works, the Gas City Performing Arts Center auditorium, sanctuary acoustics for St. Mary Church in Ireland, First Presbyterian Church of Valparaiso, and First United Methodist Church of West Lafayette.
